Terms and Conditions
Effective 2 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and DeltaK, operated by Paras & Co for using deltak.in, its markets terminal, its wiki and anything you buy on it. By creating an account, buying Credits or using the service, you accept them.
1. Who we are
DeltaK is an Indian market analytics and paper-trading service at deltak.in, operated by Paras & Co, whose registered office is at 4/2 Vasant Kunj 2, Vasant Vihar, Dehradun - 248006 , Uttarakhand. You can reach us at admin@deltak.in.
2. What DeltaK is, and what it is not
- DeltaK shows live and historical market data for Indian indices, options, futures and listed companies, with analytics, a signal engine, a strategy builder, a screener, session replays and a public learning wiki.
- Every trade on DeltaK is simulated. The paper wallet holds no real money, and DeltaK never places an order on any exchange or with any broker, including when Copilot or Autopilot is on.
- DeltaK is not a stock broker, an investment adviser or a research analyst, and is not registered with SEBI as any of them. Nothing on DeltaK is investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. See the Risk Disclaimer.
3. Your account
- You must be 18 or older to hold an account and to buy anything on DeltaK.
- You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with a passkey. Keep your email account and your devices secure; anything done while signed in to your account is treated as done by you.
- Give accurate details, and one person holds one account.
- If you link a broker account (Upstox, Dhan or Angel One), you authorise DeltaK to use that link to read market data on your behalf. DeltaK does not use it to place orders or move money.
- A school or institution using the partner area is responsible for ensuring every student it enrols meets the age requirement, or has the verifiable consent of a parent or guardian where the law requires it.
4. Plans, Credits and other purchases
- Some features cost money past a free weekly allowance. You can pay for a single use, hold a pack of them, pay from Credits — a prepaid balance in rupees — or buy a plan (Pro or Premium) that covers them for a period. Everything is paid through our payment partner, Razorpay. Prices are on the Pricing page.
- Credits can only be spent on DeltaK. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another person or converted to cash, and they carry no interest. They do not expire while your account is open.
- Referral Credits are paid under the rules on the Pricing page and are Credits like any others. We may withhold or reverse them where a referral was not a genuine new person — a second account of your own, for example — and may change or end the programme for referrals not yet made.
- A paid use is only ever charged after you confirm the price on screen. Nothing is charged automatically, and nothing renews: a plan runs for the period paid for and then stops, and we remind you before it does. An unlimited plan is subject to the fair-use limit stated on the Pricing page.
- Credits are separate from the paper wallet. Paper money cannot buy anything, and Credits never change a paper balance. Autopilot, part of Premium, trades the paper wallet only: DeltaK does not place real orders with any broker.
- Schools pay for their own plan — a platform fee and a price per student seat, prepaid for 30 days — from the partner area, after DeltaK approves them. A school is responsible for the students it invites, and its access to their activity is limited to the aggregates listed on the partner page.
- Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- resell, republish or redistribute DeltaK's market data, analytics or signals;
- scrape, crawl or query the service automatically beyond what a person using it would do;
- try to get around a free allowance, a price, a sign-in or a rate limit;
- probe, disrupt or overload the service, or reach data that is not yours;
- use your public profile, username or shared trades to mislead people, impersonate anyone, or offer investment advice or tips; or
- use DeltaK for anything unlawful in India.
We may suspend or close an account that does any of these, and will tell you why by email.
6. Market data and availability
Market data comes from exchanges and brokers through third parties. It can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and the service can be unavailable, for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We work to keep DeltaK accurate and running but do not promise that it always will be.
7. Content you add
Your username, bio, shared trades and anything else you post stay yours. You give DeltaK permission to show them to the people your visibility settings allow, for as long as they are on your account. You are responsible for what you post.
8. Our content
The DeltaK name, the software, the wiki, the DeltaK Matrix Strategy material and the analytics are ours or our licensors'. You may use them for your own learning and trading decisions; you may not copy them into another product or service.
9. Liability
DeltaK is provided for information and education. You are solely responsible for any real trading or investment decision you make, whether or not it was informed by something you saw here. To the extent the law allows, DeltaK is not liable for any trading or investment loss, or for indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid DeltaK in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
10. Closing your account
You can ask us to close your account at any time by writing to admin@deltak.in. What happens to an unspent Credits balance is set out in the Refund Policy; what happens to your data is set out in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and a material change is emailed to account holders before it takes effect. Continuing to use DeltaK after that is accepting the new terms.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Write to us first — most problems are fixed by an email, and the grievance process sets out our timelines. Disputes that remain are subject to the courts having jurisdiction over DeltaK's registered office, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
